For hotel bookings and most of the types of travel listed above, no. You’ll pay the same rate as booking yourself, sometimes even less, but with perks you can’t access on your own! The hotels pay me commission, so its a win-win for both of us.

For itineraries and flight bookings, I do charge a planning fee. The fee varies for itineraries depending on the length and complexity of the trip. The flight booking fee is $50/person.

Yes. I assist with lodging for corporate travel, conferences, executive retreats, wedding room blocks, and group stays. While I don’t plan or manage events, I handle hotel sourcing, room block coordination, and rate negotiations, acting as your dedicated point of contact for accommodations. This ensures a streamlined booking process, consistent communication, and preferred terms for large groups.

How far in advance should I reach out? +

For the best availability, pricing, and perks, I recommend reaching out 4–6 months in advance for international travel and 2–3 months in advance for domestic trips. Please note that most hotels do not let you book more than 12 months in advance.

That said, last-minute trips do happen, and I'll always try to accommodate! If your request is time-sensitive, mark it as urgent and I’ll do my best to make it happen.

My focus isn't on finding the cheapest option or chasing discounts. Instead, my role is to help you get the most value for your travel investment by recommending the best-fit hotels and experiences and adding benefits you wouldn’t receive booking on your own, such as resort credits, room upgrades, free breakfast, and more. Sometimes a more expensive hotel with perks has more value than a cheaper hotel with no perks.

In some cases, my hotel partnerships may include special rates or offers, but these aren’t guaranteed. My priority is always quality, experience, and ensuring your trip feels seamless and elevated.

Yes. To begin curating your personalized travel options, I require a $50 USD refundable deposit. This ensures my time and expertise are respected while I research and plan your trip. If you book through me, the deposit is fully refunded. If you choose not to book through me, the deposit is not refunded. Full details, including payment methods, are provided on the Trip Intake Form.
